Synspective Inc., a SAR satellite data and solutions provider, announced the successful deployment of its ninth SAR satellite, StriX, the latest addition to its growing constellation. The “Viva La StriX” mission has taken flight, enhancing the company’s ability to deliver persistent Earth observation capabilities to customers worldwide.

The satellite was launched into orbit by Rocket Lab’s Electron rocket from Launch Complex 1 on New Zealand’s Mahia Peninsula on May 22, 09:33 (UTC). Over the coming months, Synspective will conduct testing and commissioning to verify the satellite’s observation capabilities before entering service.
