Vincent Kessler

Vincent joined Synspective in October 2021 as the General Manager of Synspective's Singapore branch. He oversees Synspective’s activities in the Asia-Pacific and Eastern European regions.

After graduating from the National University of Singapore's Geography Department in 2005, Vincent began his career at CRISP, the national remote sensing ground station of Singapore. He spent over 15 years leading Asia sales and business development activities for various high-profile global companies in the geospatial industry.

Vincent received his MBA from the University of Birmingham, UK.

Dr. Kumar Navulur

Executive with 30+ years of experience in remote sensing/geospatial industry.

Recognized leader in the industry who sits on board of OGC and on advisory committees of select few startups.

Diverse experience in strategy, management, P/L, R&D, product and business development. Diverse and broad experience with customers in US Government, International Defense, NGO’s, and commercial markets. Holds several patents in the field of remote sensing and geospatial technologies.

Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa

Iain MacInnes

Iain MacInnes is the Senior Director and Head of Europe, Africa & Middle East at Synspective. He has over 25 years of industry experience and holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Glasgow and an MSc in Environmental Remote Sensing from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.

Prior to joining Synspective, Iain led the EMEA Office, Sales and Customer Experience team at Vantor (DigitalGlobe/Maxar) and held Sales Leadership roles in Enterprise and Public Sector markets over a 15-year period. Iain also led International Sales at PCI Geomatics, a Canadian Remote Sensing software company, and managed the Ground Penetrating Radar department at GeoRed Chile.

With a career focused on year-on-year growth, leadership, team-building, and goal achievement, Iain has overseen growth and product diversification in accounts such as the European Space Agency, NATO, European Union Satellite Centre, in addition to civil and defense agencies across the region.

Head of LATAM and Canada

Tata Lacale

Tata joined Synspective Inc. in August 2025 as Head of Latin America (LATAM) and Canada, leading the company’s expansion across the region. In his role, Tata drives strategic growth, partnerships, and client engagement, ensuring Synspective’s innovative solutions reach both government and private sector stakeholders. Prior to Synspective, Tata held senior leadership positions at Maxar Technologies, DigitalGlobe, and GeoEye, where he managed international government sales, regional teams, and strategic partnerships across Latin America and beyond. His career reflects a consistent focus on geospatial solutions, satellite imaging, and enterprise sales, positioning him as a trusted leader in the industry.

With over 20 years of experience, Tata combines technical expertise with commercial acumen. He studied at ITC in the Netherlands, building a strong academic foundation that complements his professional achievements. Passionate about geography and teaching, he advances cloud-based geospatial applications and helps organizations harness satellite data for smarter, more resilient decision-making.

Manager of National Security

Yusuke Katagiri

Yusuke majored in Aerospace Engineering in both undergraduate and graduate studies. After graduating, he joined a major Japanese think tank, where he engaged in consulting services for the telecommunications, media, and high-tech sectors. He was involved in a wide variety of projects, including market research, business strategy formulation, and support for new business development.

In July 2022, he joined Synspective, where he engaged in business development and project management focused on the national security domain. As of August 2025, he serves as the Manager of the National Security Unit. Additionally, since June 2023, he has been seconded to the Association for Space Technology Evolution (ASTEC), where he engaged in research and analysis within the space sector from June 2023 to March 2025.

Manager of Public & Enterprise Unit

Go Ozawa

After completing a master’s degree in Civil Engineering at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Chuo University, in 2006, Go joined CTI Engineering Co., Ltd. in the same year.

He has been engaged in technical consulting in the field of water-related disaster risk reduction, including inundation risk assessment, flood forecasting system development, and river planning, and has worked on numerous projects both in Japan and overseas. From April 2009 to March 2011, he was seconded to the International Centre for Water Hazard and Risk Management (ICHARM) at the National Research and Development Agency Public Works Research Institute (PWRI), where he worked on the development of flood forecasting systems using satellite-based rainfall data in ungauged basins.

After returning to CTI Engineering, he participated in overseas project formulation studies and international cooperation projects in countries such as Indonesia and the Philippines. He led the development of disaster prevention and mitigation plans and the deployment of disaster risk reduction solutions in collaboration with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) and international development organizations. He joined Synspective Inc. in April 2025 and currently holds his present position.
