As the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) CEO, Ronda has significantly impacted the evolution of GEOINT technology and policy. Her strategic insights and cross-sector experience will be instrumental in driving Synspective’s mission to leverage satellite technology for global challenges.

With a strategic focus on advancing GEOINT across government, industry, academia, and professional organizations, Ronda has played a key role in revitalizing USGIF and establishing its global leadership. Her leadership is marked by innovation, collaboration, and community engagement, ensuring that GEOINT technology, policy, and practice continue to evolve in ways that address global challenges. Ronda’s leadership is complemented by her deep experience at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), where she served for over 20 years in various strategic and operational roles.

Mike Edwards is a results-driven Business Executive with extensive expertise in government relations, sales, risk mitigation, strategy, and competitive intelligence. Proven track record in capturing over $6B in Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Government (USG) opportunities; he has increased revenue and led business units to achieve more than $1B in annual sales. His deep experience spans C4ISR, Cyber, Space, AI/ML, Non-Kinetics, and combat operations, with success in pivoting companies to USG markets. 

Currently serving as CEO for an established defense contractor with over 15 years in the industry, Mike brings veteran leadership and a passion for driving innovation, sustainable growth, and revenue generation in the defense sector.
