Synspective Inc., a leading provider of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite data and analytics solutions, is pleased to announce that it has received the Kurumin Certification, which is granted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) to companies committed to creating a workplace that promotes work-life balance.
The Kurumin certification is awarded by Japan’s MHLW to enterprises that set and achieve goals under their General Business Owner Action Plans, specifically advancing measures to support raising the next generation.
The certification recognizes the company’s achievements in supporting employees with children, including developing a work environment that accommodates diverse work styles through a full flex-time work schedule and telecommuting system, and high rates of childcare leave utilization among employees. As of December 2024, 80% of male employees and 100% of female employees have taken childcare leave.
Synspective remains committed to supporting working families and fostering an inclusive workplace for all employees.
