Profile of Colin Low
Colin Low is a seasoned investment and real-estate practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in international real estate, hospitality, fund management (REITs/private equity), corporate banking, and public-sector leadership.
Former CEO of the Singapore Land Authority from 2021 to 2025, he brought a proven track record in value creation from his leadership roles at Frasers Hospitality Trust (listed REIT) and CBRE Hotels EMEA (based in London). At SLA, he drove commercial and community value by repurposing state land, championing sustainability, and embedding innovation in property management. He launched the Geospatial Master Plan 2.0 and forged strategic international partnerships with countries like Bhutan and Saudi Arabia. With deep private-sector and global experience, Low transformed SLA into a forward-thinking agency, proving that public assets can deliver both economic returns and lasting societal impact.
In October 2025, Colin joined Patience Capital Group as Head of Investments (Asia ex-Japan) and CEO of Patience Lifestyle, building new investment verticals and lifestyle ventures that bridge real estate, creativity, and culture across Asia.
